All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

COD may include a small handling fee, which will be shown at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
Any applicable shipping charges are calculated during checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.
Bella X is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events.

4. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Certain products such as undergarments and clearance items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
